  Great guy, great transaction. Rob agreed to ship first with his low heat. Before he shipped the card, he described some artifacts with the card. Once it arrive, there were still some artifacts on the card. He agreed to help me RMA the card. Received the RMA card from EVGA, then agreed to pay him.
  
  We had many conversations on the phone/AIM/emails. This was a well communicated transaction. I would defintiely do business with Rob again. A++++
