He was very responsive to questions and requests for clarification, worked with me to use the shipper that works best for me, and shipped extremely promptly. The iMac I received was in outstanding condition, cosmetically and otherwise, and AD did a great job carefully packaging it with original materials. I\'d be happy to recommend or do business with him again anytime. :)
