  JustStarting was the Buyer on January 28, 2006 AnandTech

  I hosed up the original deal, posting it for sale as a new retail chip when it came to me as an OEM. Joe was understanding and I gave him the option to back out of the deal or get some cash back on the OEM chip. We worked out a deal and I shipped it USPS Express to make up for my error.
