  I completely missed his payment from PayPal so his shipping was delayed. I apologized and sent a refund and the cdrom as it was my fault. he refused the refund and accepted the drive. Very nice trader with a big heart and lots of understanding. Thanks for being a great trader and so easy to deal with.
