    Sold him a 40gb Hitachi Travelstar Laptop hard drive. I cleared the drive clean before sending. He claimed it wouldn\'t boot into Windows, and sent the drive back to me. A 24mb boot partition was put on the drive by one of his non-Microsoft tools or recovery cd, or something else I don\'t know. Anyways, I was returned a fully functional hard drive & he wanted a full refund including shipping costs, because I had sold the drive with shipping included in the price. He assumed I ment free shipping I guess. I went ahead and refunded him in full, cost and shipping charges.
