    Purchased an Xbox modchip via Xbox-Scene forum.

    elborak was the Seller on February 13, 2006 Other/Unknown

    Item was defective. Promised a refund, but kept stalling saying he had no cash, then wanting me to wait for payday. Then he stopped responding altogether. Never received refund.
