    Sold card to buyer. Item was shipped the same date of payment. Buyer was happy the card got there quickly. Unfortunately, the card had a problem. It should be noted that card was never installed. It was right from a RMA and should have been in perfect working order. As the seller, I immedidately took control of the problem and once we figured out it was not his system, I prompty refunded 1/2 of his payment. When the card was received I promptly refunded the other half. I apologized several times for all the trouble that was caused.

    I felt this person was honest and reputable. I would not have a problem doing business with him again. He was very communitive and helpful through the whole process. He provide good, concise details. Also the person was not hostile while dealing with the problem of the card. Once again, I would highly recommend this person for any sales. I would have high confidence with his sales and practices.
