    well, I shipped a working printer to him, but it showed up broken (thanks fedex). Jeff was very patient and easy to deal with througout the whole fiasco, which did take almost a month to clear up. Everything did get resolved, and I refunded his money promptly. Would deal with him again anytime. Thanks for the kind words.
