  Excellent shipment and communication, and he shipped first due to my 70+ Heatware evaluations more than his. I took a LONG time to get the board set up, and still hadn\'t set it up when I finally paid him (like a week later) but he was VERY patient and I trusted him, and sure enough, the board works great! I would recommend \"the other Doug\" to anyone out there, he is a standup guy and an excellent trader.
