    I had an exceptionally impressive experience with this trader. He shipped the two processors in tray in a large, peanut packed box. Well, (and not exactly his fault) the trays fell to the bottom of the box and were somehow damaged in shipping which meant a number of pins were bent on both processors. He immediately *offered* to refund me a portion of what I paid if I could unbend the pins and get the procs working. It took some effort, but I got them unbent and both processors work! Great trader here folks, does \"the right thing\".
