    I was to buy a phase cooling system that he builds.

    slimysquid was the Seller on April 10, 2006 XtremeSystems

    He never sent unit, he lied 3 times in saying it was going to be sent that week, item never shipped, finally after 2 more months of asking repeatedly I asked for refund, he putzed around for another month until he finally sent refund checks, but the checks were bad checks, now 3 months later he has still not refunded me my money, so I was forced to file charges with the sherrifs office for the bad checks, and fraud, including mail fraud.

    My checks were stolen and we had to cancel the account, then my paypal account was locked, I never lied I am sending him his refund, A little paitence ins in order here, I told him it would be a month to build he cancelled after 3 weeks.
