  The story: ordered online a Memory Stick Duo card and a Duo Adapter together. They ship separately. The Duo Adapter arrives before the Memory Stick Duo card. I open it. Memory Stick Duo arrives and it includes the frikkin\' adapter! The adapter is open so I can\'t return it, but it\'s never been used. Includes the cardboard backing, manual, and the plastic sleeve case for the adpater. Sony brand. Model number MSAC-M2. FYI, this enables Memory Stick Duo cards to be used in regular Memory Stick or Memory Stick Pro slots.

  I paid. He shipped promptly. There was no tracking/insurance, but it was a very inexpensive package. It arrived in perfect condition with very decent packaging/protection. I\'d gladly trade with him again.
