  I bought a Dell XP OEM CD from Matt.

  FriedToast was the Seller on March 29, 2006 AnandTech

  Communication was prompt. Had a small issue w/ Int\'l shipping (to Japan) due to his local PO, but nothing terrible. Would\'ve preferred to be a little better informed about that, but otherwise have no problems with this transaction. Matt sent first since my Heat was higher.
  
  Definitely recommend him as a trader. I\'d have no qualms about trading w/ Matt again.
