    I arrived at the scheduled meeting place early and guess what, Eric was already there waiting for me! WOW! He patiently told me tips and tricks on setting up the unit and even provided me a paper clip for resetting the unit! Another WOW! After I bought the item and was about to get in the car, he called me again saying that he forgot to mention about another trick on setting up the unit and told me to call him back once I am ready to set it up! One more WOW! Eric was polite all the way through and definitely cannot go wrong buying from him. FIVE STARS to a great guy!
