    Excellent trader. One case was damaged in shipping; he refunded me the price immediately, before he even started the insurance claim on it. All items were in excellent condition, and he included some extras because he didn\'t ship when he said he would, even though I told him it didn\'t matter to me. I would not hesitate to trade with him again. If this guy owned his own business, he\'d be a millionaire by now just based on his customer service. :)
