    Bought a 20GB Seagate hard drive from smut

    Great communication, will make good on even the smallest of deals! He accidentally shipped me the hard drive before he had backed up the data and so I shipped it back, reimbursed me for shipping. Got it back just now, seems to be in great shape! Good packaging and good communication = A+. Even the best of us can be absent-minded sometimes ;)
