TRIED to buy an EPOX 9NDA3 board from this seller, 6 weeks after payment I STILL don\'t have it.

I paypaled this guy the SAME day I dibbed in his classified ad. 6 weeks later \"NO Board, and NO refund\" He pm\'ed me 3 weeks after the sale and said he would get it out the next day since he had hurt himself. Well 3 weeks AFTER that NO BOARD or NO refund. Doesn\'t return PM\'s OR emails from me, PAYPAL, or the Moderator at overclockers. I will NEVER deal with this person again and neither should you....
