  Hex really hooked me up. After realizing that he sent me an empty jewel case, he imediately contacted me, and added populus to the deal to make up for his error. On top of that his game shipment arrived before the empty jewel case. A class act. That is how goof ups are supposed to be handled. A top notch trader.
