    Traded 3 x 512mb of pc2700/3200 and cash for a wireless access point and ecs laptop.

    We negotiated a deal and everything was shipped out. When I got the laptop, I kept having os installation crashes. I contacted widefault and thinking it might be the ram I was using, he shipped the original memory to me w/out requiring payment.

    As it turns out, the ram wasn\'t the issue. Through trial and error (and lots of help from widefault), we concluded that there was a problem with the laptop motherboard and he offered to refund everything in full or he would purchase a replacement mb and install it for me. After discussing a fair resolution, I shipped the laptop back and we decided that if he could duplicate the problems, he would give me a partial refund. As it turns out, the motherboard was faulty and he immediately refunded the agreed upon amount.

    I\'m disappointed that the laptop mb was defective but I can\'t give enough credit to widefault for his professionalism and ethics. He was patient throughout and was more that willing to take responsibility even though we couldn\'t be certain if the laptop was damaged before or after he shipped it. I hope to trade with him again and I\'ll vouch for him anytime.
