    Trent is the man! I was selling some Ram, Trent PM\'d me and let me know he was interested. I accidentally let the Ram go to another member and promised the Ram to Trent.

    Trent found out I sold the Ram to another member and questioned me before he sent payment. I goofed up big and Trent understood. Thank you so much for understanding. If I\'ve learned anything, it\'s that IM\'ing is one thing, but PM\'ing takes alot more care.
