  Lee comitted right away and definitely had constant comunication throughout the deal to make sure it went through as planned. This was a semi-big deal over a decent geographical area for the buyer and after checking out references had confidence to send EMT.
  
  Would deal with again anytime as the deal went perfectly with prompt payment after details finalized.
