    ummm stealing money involves taking your money without you having any merchandise.....the laptop was brand new...y didn\'t u say anything when u got the laptop...you didn\'t say anything when u were taking it from me and giving me the money....it was sealed and u double checked to see if everything was ok with it..and how are u gonna call months later asking for a refund...u could of called the next day and i would have been glad to give u a refund like i do to all other customers..oh well there is always a bad seed in the pack...good day
