    Great guy to work with, stupid USPS was not quite as careful and they should have been and the xbox had some issues, but rather than get in a fight over who is responsible we worked together to fix the issue. With all the crack jobs buying and selling, it is nice to have someone who will work with you when things go wrong. A+ :)
