  I bought an EVGA 7800GT from seller for $200 on the nvnews forums.

  Paypal\'d him immediately. He said he shipped the next day. 5 days and several emails later, I still hadn\'t received the card and he said he was perplexed as to why it wasn\'t there yet. Once I finally received the card, the delivery conf. # showed that he didn\'t even ship the card until 5 days after he said he had. The card arrives packaged horribly and doesn\'t work. Terribly garbled signal on the screen. I ask for refund. He offers another card he has in trade, but will not ship until he receives this card back. That won\'t work for me, as I need my PC, so I ask for refund (which he agrees to), send the card back to him, and buy another card. After a couple of emails he agrees that the card is defective but says I\'ll have to wait for the refund. A little over a month ago he says that I\'ll have my refund within two weeks. I\'ve sent several emails to him but have not received a reply or refund since. As of now, he has the card AND my $200.
