    Bought Stonekeep game on Hardforum. Old dos PC game.

    Omunus was the Seller on August 3, 2006 HardForum

    Seller seems a little new.

    Packaged the game in the snail mail in an envelope. Needless to say, CD did not survive transit. He should now know not to ship that way and to take more care of shipping.

    He did refund $4 out of my $5.

    I was disappointed that he only refunded me $4 out of the $5, keeping $1 for his shipping expense.

    Most traders would refund the entire price instantly, as he was at fault with the packing.

    He seems to be new, and it was a low price item, so he gets a Neutral rating.

    I have shipped many CDs the same way and they all made it just fine. I feel that the USPS is at fault here and I decided to split the loss, taking the bulk of it on myself, 80% to be exact.

    However, I would have \"instantly\" refunded the rest of the money if he had mentioned it to me. I take my reputation seriously and I wish I could have prevented this unfortunate situation.

    I also feel it is inappropriate to make judgemental comments like, \"Seller seems a little new.\" This is purely opinion and has no factual basis whatsoever. I hope my future clients with separate fact from opinion when they consider this review.
