    I bought a Logitech MX Duo (wireless mouse and keyboard) on Hardforum.

    dolphumous was the Seller on August 1, 2006 HardForum

    She sent me a filthy, sticky keyboard and a broken mouse.

    The box she sent it in was empty with the exception of the mouse and keyboard. She used no packing material what so ever. She said this is becasue she just dropped the mouse and keyboard off at the postoffice and they are the ones that actually packaged it. Regardless of who shipped it out it was her responsibility. When I asked if we could work something out...like a refund or at least some of my money back she said just leave a negative heat. So I did.

    Sorry if you misuderstood the description of the mouse. But I do admit my fault about the shipping. It was in working order when it left my hands. If it does not work now you should have asked me to insure it but you didn\'t. I don\'t insure unless paid by buyer and asked to do so. I am sorry you are unhappy but I will never buy a positive rating from anybody. BTW I am male not female.
