  I sold him a Mac Mini.

  Shortly after receiving the Mini, he discovered a problem with it that I had not noticed. However, this was strictly my fault and working it out with Michael made what could have been a major headache very simple. He\'s very quick to reply to messages and work with. In the end, I gave a partial refund for the cost to replace the defective part. Highly recommended.
