    Manuel, for the most part, was a good communicator. It\'s understandable in the other occaisions that he wasn\'t so prompt because he was travelling. Everything came as described and was nice and fast. He even tossed in insurance on the package, which wasn\'t expected. Thanks for the smooth transaction!
