Steve is an extremely nice person. Feel like he is my best friend or next door neighbor. Transaction was smooth and laptop was in the condition just as described --->Dead, LOL. Steve also knows how to pack a laptop. Tons of bubble wraps and packing peanuts. An elephant could sit on it and the laptop would be well protected. Communication was very frequent and responsive. Would be glad to deal with again. Thanks
