    Unfortuntely due to shipping problems the case arrived in less than stellar shape. Communication was PERFECT, kept me informed throughout the deal. Payment was fast and hassle free, and once item arrived in bad shape he was VERY calm, understanding, and worked with me to resolve the problem. An excellant, very understanding trader!
