Bought a used tv tuner

WOW what a great guy here. My 70 year old uncle in law (wifes, aunts, husband how ever it goes) wanted me to find him a cheap tuner. Bought from this guy a $100 tuner for $25 and it shows up in full retal packaging. I was under the impression, the way he has them listed, it was going to be card only, well that and his price. My uncle is going to be super happy. Great guy here.
