  During final testing I felt the modem was somewhat flaky, told Undy that and told him it would take me several days to find a replacement and test it sufficiently. Through this Richard had no problem whatsoever with that, knowing that we've dealt with each other several times. We finished the deal and he was happy with it - that's what I wanted ;).
