Block was in great shape, with all mounting hardware, as described. Communication was pretty good, and shipment was reasonably prompt. There were extenuating circumstances that completely justified all delays in communications/shipping, and I am entirely satisfied that this is a great seller. I would be very happy to deal with him again. Thank you for the great deal on this waterblock!
