  Bought two 250GB hard drives, one working and the other noisy and slow.

  I received both drives very promptly, however neither worked. The seller replied to my message right away, and refunded me the full amount I paid, including shipping. I would definitely do business with again, though the goods were damaged communication was excellent and seller was very understanding and accomodating.
