    -bought a 9600pro card -$45 -card didn\'t work, contacted the next day for refund -got run around for over a week -tried to smash my rep for wanting a refund -scolded by rest of RFD community as a bad trader -agreed to give a refund First Thread http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/s...hlight=boo4842 -lied on board about being resolved -I sent the card back - more out of pocket expenses -4 weeks later kept the card, did not give money back despite 15PM\'s -still refuses to give refund.     Worst trader I have dealt with on the board. AVOID!!!

    Despite the obvious fact that he sold a defective product and then refused to give a refund and keeps the item anyways, his attitude towards resolving this is nothing short of childish.

    He refused to answer my very direct questions about giving my money back and changed his story 6 times about accepting a return, and then 5 times when he agreed to get the money back his story was changed.

    He said that \'I can pay you a refund 4 years later, because I never said when I would pay you\'

    A very simple transaction has been drawn out over 6 weeks and 30PM\'s later I still have no resolution and am out $50.

    Was told I would be paid on 5 different dates that I would receive money, each day came and went without any explanation.

    May be persuing this through legal channels.
