    Bought a Sharp 703SH handset

    I wanted the firmware changed to the Japanese firmware, and Mark actually went out of his way to have the phone flashed for me by a third party and then delivered the phone straight to my door! Great guy, second time dealing with him and definitely wouldn\'t mind making a third or fourth transaction down the road! Thanks again!
