    Purchased a Silverstone TJ07 with water cooling components, along with two Radeon X1900 series graphics cards with Tyee waterblocks installed.

    Greg was a pleasure to deal with, and stayed in touch throughout the entire transaction. He took a genuine personal interest in ensuring that I received everything that I had paid for in good working order.

    The parts were shipped promptly, and were packed well.

    The only complicating factor in this transaction was some rough handling by USPS/Canada Post, which resulted in some destroyed CCFLs and some bent bracketry on the inside of the case. The damage at first appeared to be fairly severe, but fixing the bends turned out to be pretty easy, Greg overnighted(!) relpacement CCFLs, and all other items were tested and found to be functional.

    The only improvement I can suggest is using more soft packing in the inside of the case to prevent movement of boxes inside - however this is a very minor complaint since it was apparent that the box had been treated extremely roughly, beyond what a reasonable person would expect, and all other aspects of the packing were superb.

    Greg clearly takes a very personal interest in upholding his end of the deals that he makes, and I am completely satisfied with his response to all issues that arose. Greg is a trustworthy trader that I would not hesitate to deal with again or recommend to others. In fact, after dealing with him, I may base many of my future upgrades upon when and what he decides to sell.
