    Sold Heller91 a pair of power over ethernet adapters.

    MxChris was the Buyer on January 7, 2007 AnandTech

    Buyer paid promptly, I sent out the items the next day.

    He gets items and claims they are DOA, I tell him to mail it back to me so I can verify the DOA status and issue a refund. I get them back & check them and they work perfectly, I notify him of this and provide a picture of them working taken the same day I get them back from him.

    Buyer does not want to pay return shipping of the items and insists on refund instead. Buyer informs me that asking for return shipping of an item that was found NOT to be DOA: \"this is not acceptable!\".

    I suspect either he didn\'t \"like\" them or just plain buyers remorse. Either way they are not DOA.

    I issued a FULL REFUND including the BUYERS shipping costs back to me so I can be done with this trader. I feel I went above and beyond on this trade.

    Sold the same pair of adapters to Purplehippo on the AT forums a month later and he was happy with them. My heatware for that transaction. http://www.heatware.com/eval.php?id=33138&expand[0]=457983

    This guy is FOS, stay away.

    items didn\'t work and were doa when i rewcived them, no buyers remorse since i bought the same thing locally from a radio shack (same brand as received from mxchris)
