    Had a small problem (video card was DOA -- my fault, I had bought the PC used assuming it was 100% functional and not tested before selling), buyer contacted me about it and was very friendly. Issued a partial refund so his friend could buy a replacement card and all is good. Sorry for the hassle, but thanks for being so patient. Would not hesitate to deal with Richard again.
