    Sold a netgear cable/dsl router with 4 port switch to him.

    At first, we had some troubles getting the router going. I thought it was broken. After a couple of weeks, he PMed me one day telling me that he had missed a step and that the router works perfectly. I was fully prepared to refund his money, but he was a trooper and worked at the problem. I thank him for this. A+ in every department but not communication. I\'ll give him a B in this. He was just a bit slow on the replies, maybe it was due to his busy schedule. However, I\'m not holding this against him. Would, for sure, do business with again.
