    Attempted to buy laptop ram from RJKC17.

    This transaction was started on 12/21 when I paid seller $50 for laptop memory. Seller said that he\'d try to get it out that day but would be able to send it the next day for sure. I requested a tracking number but never received one. The memory never came and I attempted to resolve this with the seller peacefully via PM and email. Seller was polite but never sent me a tracking number, despite multiple requests. All I got were empty promises and apologies.

    Since 1/16, I sent email 3 times to seller with no replies. Prior to this date, seller responded within a day to email. Paypal resolution attempt has been started. If there\'s something crazy going on, I\'m willing to negotiate but I can\'t do anything when seller is unresponsive.
