Throughout the process, we maintained high level of communication and Chris was HIGHLY responsive to PM and eMail. Thus, he was very easy to get in-touch with . In addition, he is a very polite gentleman and we had dialogged for some time when he arrived at my place. Anyway, he asked key questions about the system and showed excellent knowledge about computer system.

    In summary, it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to deal with him again in the future!
