  Well, long story made short...Great person to work with. VERY understanding...I shipped system via UPS and they damaged the case and messed up the CDROM drive. Many contacts and many times thru the ringer for both of us from UPS and he finally got $70 which more than covered the damages. Jeremy was very understanding thru the whole matter and I appreciated it since I had enough headaches getting UPS to handle their claim. I certainly would recommend Jeremy HIGHLY to anyone who he deals with.
