    Good communication and upfraont Paypal. Package was shipped promptly but initially considered lost after two weeks and no delivery by USPS. Refunded his Paypal. Package finally arrived and he promptly repaid Paypal. God knows where the package was for three weeks, but otherwise a smooth deal.
