    Deal went very smoothly.
    I voiced concerns to Paul because of some negative evaluations he has here at HeatWare. However, he impressed me as someone who is sincerely trying to be a more concientious trader.
    In this regard my faith in him was well-placed. He cross-shipped the drive, provided me with tracking numbers and maintained excellent communications throughout. The drive arrived on schedule and was well-packaged. I will not hesitate to do business with him again.
