    This is my second deal with Bill, actually its first deal because shipment on our second deal arrived faster! There were some delay because of incorrect shipping service, but I\'m glad that we cleared it out quickly and he gave me little refund on our second deal! :)

    Great communication- always responded polite and quickly! Shipment packed very well!
