  I paid, he shipped, kept in contact with me throughout the ordeal. Had a slight brain fart, we all do at some point, I\'ve had a few of my own, and forgot to include the I/O shield. I made him aware of it, and promptly, as in right after I mentioned it, shipped it out to me. That is customer service right there! Gladly will do deals with again no question about it.
