    Todd was a pleasure to do business with. Processor did arrive DOA, but I am assuming it was a minor mistake during packaging or removing the CPU. Todd rectified the situation within 5 minutes. He is a pleasure to communicate with and this is not the first time that I have done business with him. Highly Recommended.
