  Talk about a great trader. After buying 4-16mb sticks of ram from Dave, I was having some problems getting it to work. Dave offered his assisstence and not once but twice to give me a full refund. That's without me even hinting that I might want one. He stuck with me on this deal. Finally I did manage to get everything working. I would recommend Dave to anybody and would deal with him again and again. Also the items were packaged and shipped in the most professional way to keep them from being damaged. I only wish that others I have bought from would use as much care. Thanks Dave, you get a +++++ rating. KEN
