  Keen was very easy to deal with, had no problem sending the ipod to me first. He said he would send it Wednesday, but sent it Tuesday and I got it on Thursday, 2nd through DHl. excellent transaction and trader, definately will do business with again if possible, took great care in packaging and I received ALL the accessories and then some, just a great deal all around
